TNW Oneflow and Flexas are hosting a free networking evening in Amsterdam

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from attending the wrong networking event. You know the type: a cavernous venue, a cash bar, a name badge that nobody reads.

You spend ninety minutes making polite conversation with people you will never speak to again, and you leave wondering whether your time might have been better spent replying to emails.

The TNW, Oneflow & Flexas Gathering Amsterdam, taking place on the evening of 3 June 2026 at Flexas.com on Weesperstraat, is a deliberate attempt to do something different.

The format is simple, which is probably why it works. Doors open at 4:30 pm, with food and drinks served from five o'clock. An hour later, a speaker's panel takes the floor, running until 7:30 pm. Then the conversation continues, informally, until nine. The whole thing is free to attend.

Why are we doing it differently?

TNW has been at the centre of Amsterdam's tech ecosystem for nearly two decades. TNW Conference, the flagship annual festival held each June, draws thousands of founders, investors, and executives to the city every year. But the conference is a large, produced affair.

The gathering on 3 June is something smaller and more focused: a single evening, a single room, with a shared interest in meeting the right people.

Co-hosting the event alongside TNW are Oneflow, the Stockholm-based contract management platform, and Flexas.com, the Amsterdam-based flexible workspace operator hosting the evening at its Weesperstraat location.

Oneflow has built a reputation for digitising the full contract lifecycle, from creation and collaboration through to e-signing and post-signature management, and integrating it with the tools sales and legal teams already use, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Together, the three organisations signal the kind of audience the gathering is aiming for: professionals who think seriously about how businesses run.

The speakers panel

The evening's centrepiece is a panel discussion running from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Details on speakers will be confirmed closer to the date, but the format is designed for genuine exchange rather than prepared remarks. A moderated panel, followed by an open floor, in a venue small enough that you can actually hear the person next to you think.

TNW has form here. The Road to TNW series, community-driven events held in the run-up to the main conference, have consistently attracted a mix of founders, investors, and ecosystem builders looking for something more substantive than a drinks reception.

The 3 June gathering operates in a similar spirit.

Who should come?

The event is pitched at founders, sales leaders, operators, and anyone building or scaling a business in the Amsterdam area. Given Oneflow's focus on contract workflows and business process automation, there's a natural draw for professionals in sales, legal, HR, and operations, but the TNW network is broad enough that the room will be mixed.

The venue matters, too. Flexas.com, on Weesperstraat, is one of Amsterdam's better-regarded flexible workspace operators, well-connected by public transport and close enough to the city centre that it won't add an unwanted commute to your evening.
